I want to cancel a reservation - Free of charge
Due to coronavirus, one of the reservations need to be canceled. So the reservation is for tonight and we need to cancel it free of charge. Reservation details: Guest name: *** Check-in: Sat 2 May 2020 Check-out: Sun 3 May 2020 IATA/TIDS code: *** Booking number: *** I tried contacting the guest who booked, but they provided us with a wrong number.
