A guest cannot cancel by just message you, that will not result in any action at all.


Tell the guest to either:

  1. logon to BdC website and their account and use the cancellation option shown.
  2. or they phone or message Customer Support on BdC (?) on website.


Worse case and only if, you can initiate it from their reservation page details, but it requires them to accept the BdC system notification and confirm it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
