Hi George ,


as you have not elaborated very much, I am going to assume , the  guest prepaid at  bdC checkout when booking aka BdC Online Payments as VCC or Payments by Booking.


In either case simply open the reservations details page and use the Request Cancel, then option 2.


Guest gets notification to confirm it and then the system marks it for full refund.
