i would like to know on payment details

These are two different things :

1. Payment Status
   1. Open reservation
   2. Go to Payment Status

If you are using Payments By Bookng it will be as per above.

If you have not signed up for either it or BdC Online Payments (VCC), then you default to direct collection of payment on arrival or if you enable Property > Policies > PREPAY, Guest must pay you using your payment method(s).

You have not shared enough to understand which of thee applies, and your listing link is missing fro myour partner profile, please add it asap.

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
