I would like to know some more information about a payment that i have not received for a completed guest stay
A guest stayed in my apartment in Jan 1st; for one night: Booking number ***
The guests name is *** ***. I have not received payment from booking for this stay and no one has contacted me about it. I would like to receive payment as soon as possible as this booking was over 6 weeks ago. Please contact me with a solution for this. Thank you
Since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your inbox tab directly to booking.com.
