I would need to speak with somebody about a recent cancelation
Hello,
I had a Booking and confirmation from a Client. this Client didnt show up and canceled the same day...
please, what can i do now? How can I get now the Payment from the Client because of the lost.
I have the Creditcard details, but i can not charge without the Client is here. Please can someone call me or i call you to get this sorted? It is really urgent and how to procedure, so this will not happen again...
I really need help with this.

In your current case I'm afraid you will not see any money for the cancelled booking. Some reading for you in the link above and plenty more on here too.
Hi Denise,
You can take payments from the card details given to you by your guest even if they are not there.
You can manually type everything in to your card machine! Just follow the instructions!

Ye i did try this, but is not activated from the Bank because i am not a Hotel....

I tried to speak with someone of Booking.com but nothing, no telephone number or other way to get in contact with them about this situation.
Have to get a solution for this. And think really to quitt with Booking.com
It cant be that there is no personal help center per phone….

Did you read the info I linked for you?
Options;
Use Booking.com payment collect (if available in your country)
Use a third party credit card clearing company for off-line payments.
Change your payment policies.

just spoke with the bank and they confirmed i am not allowed to take money without the clients here personlly...

Incorrect information given.
OP clearly stated "but i can not charge without the Client is here." Only machines given the "off-line" capability can process cards without the physical card present. Certain banks and countries do not allow this feature.
The OP will have to arrange this with his bank, if available, to avoid repetition or change their payment policies.
