i would like to talk about payment of out standing and reactivate our booking portal

                            Have a nice day as you know that hotel industries are suffering from last 2 years, still business is not goods due to this we was unable to pay your commission, now if you provide any concession in payment then i can pay its immediately. and kindly reopen our Written off invoice invoices so that we can pay through portal online payment i will wait your response

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
