Identity cancellation


Is there a way to identify the cancelled bookings before Booking.com send the invoices please?

Hi David ,

yes as soon as a cancellation has happened you can confirm by messaging Partner Support.


But it will take days potentially to reconcile anyway.


But if the guest has been made do it properly this shouldnt happen.


So dont let a guest just phone or message you to cancel, make them logon to their account and do it their or vis CS team on main website.


worst case you initiate it via Partner Support.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
