Impossible to join someone from Booking accounting !!!

It's 2 days I am looking for an email or a phone number to join Booking accounting department. They sent me 167,80 € but paiement was only 16,78 €, and IM-POS-SI-BLE to join someone, I searched everywhere on this site. For me it'll be the last Booking experience, they are only problems with this site, booking on unavailable dates, invoices, paiements now, it's enough, I have no time for this !
