Incorrect guest payment
Been under paid for a guest stay - 3 weeks of trying to get a resolution - no answers back, no response to calls after waiting over an hour to talk to some one - (London number credit control) - is there nobody working?
What is the best way to actually talk to someone who can answer why I have been under paid and when it will be resolved?
