Incorrect invoice charge
Dear all,
i have been charged for a commission on April 2020 even though I didn't receive any reservations, i have confirmed two reservations to be cancelled without cancellation fees due to COVID 19, still was charged with a commission, in addition to that i have emailed Booking.com several emails and they never replied

indeed there is a mistake , i suggest you to contact the Booking.com support
but just remind that commission invoice you have received in april
belong to guests slept in march in your property .
please check detailed reservations list trough the extranet .

I have sent several messages to booking RE overcharges, We had our access blocked due to long term rental Booking claimed we have guests which dident show up on our notification nor calandar, We don't have any idea who these guests are nor could we see if they have booked. Several messages send to booking to resolve All we get back is a demand for the amount and statement saying we should have acknowledged that the guest dident appear to be How could we do this if there was no guest reservation Its got to a stage of a pain in the but trying to resolver this, It's only short of a form of extorsion
