India Tax not shown in Total Price
We have just today encountered a problem where on our side, the guest Total Price is showing without the tax component. This had been applied retrospectively to past dates also.
I believe that on the guest side they can see the tax amount and the total price is correct is their booking confirmation but we will see what happens with this week's check-ins.
The problem is that when we see the booking, the tax component is no longer mentioned anywhere so it shows the INCORRECT Total Price (ie pre- GST) which is simply wrong and very confusing to have a different price to what the guest has... plus will create problems with staff who may be less familiar with the billing.
What I cannot understand is that up until yesterday 25th Jan 2019, the total price breakdown including Tax was shown clearly on our end, and overnight somebody made changes at the Booking.com side to get rid of this.... this is definitely a change for the WORSE - booking.com advised me over the phone to make a complaint through the Feedback link at the bottom of the extranet page so if many people who are also unhappy with this change write their feedback then perhaps we can get this fixed !
we have the same problem... it is making work more complicated because often guests do not understand they need to pay tax as well and we have no proof for them from our side now. Waiting to settle it ASAP.

I have the same problem. The total price shown to the guests is always lower than the one shown to me. This puts me in a very unpleasant situation to have to explain to my guests that they have to pay more than they planed. the difference is often not small, for example, the last time, on my Pulse app, the total price shown was 238eur, on my Extranet it was 224euros and on the guest's booking confirmation it was 202euros. As I can see this post is from 10 months ago and the problem still persists.
