Inflated commissionable amount being charged

I've noticed that on bookings made this month, BOOKING.com has inflated the amount of room rate income before applying the commission amount. This clearly inflates the commission. The room rate is listed as £95 per night but the "commissionable" amount is showing as £300 for 3 nights, £100 per night. the commission to be paid is showing as £45 - 15% on the £300.

This is a very bad time to be increasing the commission charged.

I have tried contacting Booking.com.

Impossible to find contact details.

Have you checked the report under Finance that shows how the commission has been calculated to see the rate charged to guest.?

I'm talking about the rate being charge to me the host, not the guest.  I have searched the FAQs, forums etc and there is nothing on this. Also I look back at my reservation charges before lockdown and the commissionable amount is £95 per room so I see no reason why this has now been inflated - except to charge more money from me.

Have you looked at Finance reports to see how the commission is calculated and the room rate charged to the guest?  That is where you will see the calculation.

I have seen nothing like this reported.  You need to do some research on your bookings and then you can go to booking.com with proof something is wrong.
