Has anyone offered or required a form of insurance? If so, how can it be applied automatically to the price for the guest's protection as well as the owners? I have my 2nd booking and they bought a policy from CSA.

In Malta (EU) it is a mandatory requirement by the tourism board for apartments on short let to have an insurance policy. If you do not have one I would suggest you take one out as imagine something happens to the property or the guest! Also I would take an annual policy as it will work out much cheaper.
