The booking which the guest reserved on the date (9 November 2020). The booking was confirmed but the guest did not showed up to the villa on the date of booking and didn't even informed and cancelled the booking because of this I beared a loss as the date was blocked for them and also not cancelled.
So, how am I supposed to pay you when the guest didn't showed up? Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
