Invoice

Hello Booking Team,

I got a mail from a guest. About invoice he got your points.
 

"*Informácie o faktúre* Spoločnosť Booking.com zaplatila € 39,49 z ceny tejto rezervácie. Ak vám ubytovanie vystaví faktúru, táto suma tam nebude uvedená. Celková cena, ktorú uvidíte, bude € 607,50. Faktúru, ktorú vám vystaví ubytovanie, a potvrdenie rezervácie od Booking.com môžete využiť na daňové či firemné účely."

My question is, how can I make an invoice? This guest has a business relation with Booking. As per my accountant in this case Booking should give the invoice, because this amount never will arrive to our account.

What to do? I suppose not I'm the only one with this problem.
