I lost money with my first rental contract with Booking, the client did not pay me and Booking could not collect the money either. The customer stole four televisions. And now I get a invoice from Booking that I owe them money after they were the ones who sent those people to our house to stay in our place for free rent and stealing. Booking do not having client information to give to the police. They do not have a procedure to protect the host of the property. How are you supposed to pay for this invoice when I lose money all the way around? Are you guys not doing anything to help me get the money?
