I would recommend contacting the finance team directly as we can't assist with your personal invoices on this forum.

You can find the best contact by going into the Extranet and clicking > Inbox > Booking.com Messages > See Contact Options > Choose the Best Topic > Then you click: Still Need Help? See all contact options to write the finance team or for the best phone number.
