Invoice issue

Think booking.com has a bug within invoice delivery software. Second time in a row I got invoice for guest cancelation. Guest canceled at least 2 weeks before arrival (free cancelation od set 1 day before), and b.com sent me invoice anyway.

Cellphone uses autocorrect, sorry ? 

I notified them several times and realized they dont read my message carefully because they send a generic answer.
