what should I do when I get an invoice from booking.com.? whether I have to pay or booking.com will automatically deduct from the income I get

Since April 2020 for me they stopped auto deducting and just send the full amount every thursday, this may have changed again since.


Contact them as per below.


Those are the only two options, as per the Finance Overview section of the Finance Menu


Note I said  options not methods.


The trick is to use option 2, send via a money transfer using their SEPA/IBAN/Swift bank account into....but with a 3rd party transfer service or online bank service.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
