Invoice payments
Hi everyone,
Our invoices are usually quoted to us in $. We are based on Egypt and the last invoice we received has quoted the amount in $ and our local currency which is Egyptian pounds.
I have just tried to pay the invoice online but when I am asked to select the payment option I get no options and only the following note : At this moment there are no payment methods available for this combination of amount, currency and account
Has anyone experienced this before? If yes how do I solve this problem???

Thank you very much for the info we will get on and do that. We found it a bit of a challenge to contact anyone directly but have got a other number to try now so fingers crossed we can speak to someone and shed some light on the problem we are facing.
