The invoice sent to my property
Dear Team,
Please kindly note that payment cannot be made because the invoice sent, there was never a checkin, i reported the activity of the guest as frudulent while the booking was made, Guest never showed up,
As a matter of fact we have not receive any booking from Booking.com guest since we sign up, we always get your booking but the Guest never showed up.
i will appreciate if you can investigate more on this booking before taking further decision, thank you.
