Issue with my account

Hi ! I have an apartment on booking and everything has been blocked for me since 3 weeks now. I need a number of some assistant that i can talk to about this matter, please. I am expecting people soon, and i am not able to open my platform nor receive the money. 
Please answer soon, as i have been waiting for a while now, without any answers from you.

You only registered 9 hours ago and 2 hours later posted this. Not sure why you say waiting a while.

This is not live chat nor is it a line to Partner Support.

You should have phoned Partner Support 3 weeks ago, and the contact us link on bottom of every page too. below I have a summary of the main 3 options to contact them.

 

your next action is to send them a message first as this opens a case. Then phone them to follow up

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
