issue with payments handled by booking

i had to reservations handled by booking......one booking number 2396715784 vladislav ilenko.

he stayed 20-26 f june....payments handled by booking.....

until now...i didn t received any payment...

and i tryed to contact them couple of times....nobody knows nothing..

when they say they pu you n hold to cntact the finance department ....they say ok...wait,,,,anh hang up the phone...

another payment ,another booking handled by booking...again same situation

what shall i do>?

doesn t matter ...how many times i call...they don t knw to tell me why i didn t get my payment....

booking is a nightmare i tell you...nightmare...

Right heres how to ultimately fix this .....

 

  1. google payment service provider,  tell them what types you need supported and sign up for their offer 
  2. make sure to ask for VCC support and not just default CC.
  3. once you have that in place ask partner support to remove you from ' BdC Online Payments aka VCC'
  4. Update the NEW Reservation message template to include the new prepayment process and a time limit to do so e.g. 48h (min 24h)
  5. so when they fail to comply , click Request Cancel, then choose option 1.
