Issuing invoice to a customer

Hi 

No, invoices are for business travelers to claim it on their expenses. And you must provide it, as BdC never will.

To restrict it to business only travelers is your preogative, and simply just ask them for :

their work email to which it can be issued, and they should provide their business info for the receipt to be made out to  them at their work company and work address.

You can use a template in Open Office or Microsoft Office of Google version...

Or an online free service like tradeshift.com

note: a non business guest asking for an invoice , is ridiculous as they cant do anything with it.

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
