Issuing a refund to a guest
A guest has a reservation from 30/12/20 - 02/01/21. They have stayed one night but they are leaving as their home area has been put into Tier 4 COVID , where you cannot travel outside. I would like to refund them some of the money they have paid as a goodwill gesture. How do I do this?

Simply use the reservation reference in a message to instruct BdC Support to alter the booking and refund the difference
