Last minute cancellation of a booking
We had a guest cancel their booking shortly after they arrived at our guest house as there was no water due to an extended water outage by the council (Ugu Water). This was beyond our control and I also could not expect 8 guests to stay there without water for 3 days so I refunded them in full and then mailed booking.com to inform them of this. But I have still been billed for the commission and I do not know how to reach anyone at booking.com
