Late payment and appalling customer services
So after changing my bank details I didn't receive a payment for almost 2months after 100s if phone calls and absolutely no contact from the finance department, we were issued a payment, which turned out to be nearly 10k short now again weeks on and still not even a response from finance ,any advice please has I feel this is almost a lost cause
I struggle with the same thing didn't get paid out do you have a number that i can call them
Unfortunately not ,the finance team are a secret service !!
1. I recently paid for four invoices via bank transfer. Only one invoice has been credited. What happened with the rest of the money. Do I have to pay again?
2. I advertised our prices $27 per room. How come people are booking for $9. They are getting excellent service, airconditioned rooms, in-suite bathrooms, hot water, breakfast for $9. Why?
