This guest never provided a valid card. we called her and she said to call her back but she's been ignoring our calls and messages. how do we retrive this funds? are are you going to take care of this?

Sorry to hear about your struggles with your difficult guest but since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through inbox tab directly to booking.com.

You are only addressing fellow partners and Community Team.


BdC will never see this nor take such action for you.


It sounds like you do not take prepayment.


Strongly recommend that you start enabling it. and even consider Payments by BdC to facilitate it, to stop this and same for Last Minute bookings.


Keep ringing them but use different phones, in case of caller ID screening.


Also report it to the BdC support team directly they may be able to advise and or call them too.
