Marked guest as no show but they did stay with us
Hi
PLEASE PLEASE I need assistance,
I was looking at my bookings under June instead of July so I marked 2 guests as no shows but they did actually stay here,
I see I cant make changes on the reservation but I could mark it as fully paid.
How do I go about sorting it out and allow booking.com to take the commission fee
