Re Booking number *** for a guest due to stay with us today, 23 March 2020.

The guest has cancelled his reservation due to COVID-19 and we have agreed to waive the reservation cost.  We cannot see how to recordthis on our system with you and so have marked his card as invalid.  As we will not be receiving payment please update the reservation accordingly and ensure that we are not charged commission as we will have zero incoime from this booking.

Please confirm once this action has been taken.

That's not how the partner hub works.

 

You either do it yourself on extranet or message support team.

 

They will never see this post in the Partner Community.
