Missing Payments from 12th January

I’ve still not received payment for my guests that checked in on 2nd January! I can get any response from customer service despite calls an messages other than “they have referred the issue to their specialized team” 

I have raised a complaint.

Does anyone know who to contact to resolve this issue- I’m getting nowhere with this. I’m now reluctant to allow booking.com guests to check in to my property.

I HAVE RAISED A FORMAL COMPLAINT THROUGH BOOKING.COM RESOLUTION CENTRE.  I HAVE GOT A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE COMPLAINT.

  ihave same problem 

 

my guest left on December 5 - since then I write two messages every week and also emails to the help center!
Only the machine always answers me that they will call within 24 hours...but still nothing!!!
I was issued an invoice from Booking in January. com - accommodation commission! I didn't contact her because I still don't have my money and no one is answering me!
Now they are threatening to block me if I don't pay the commission.
Terrible situation - no help, no answers.
They kept my money.
I don't know how to solve it!

Thats just awful. Might be worth taking it to the financial ombudsman- I can’t think of any other route to resolve.

I have received payment for a later booking that was sent on the 18th. But not for the one on the 12th.

surely it’s fraudulent to produce proof of payment sent and commission payable without actually sending the payment?
