Missing payments from booking.com
Booking.com handles all my payments and normally they pay around 2-3 days after checkout. However, in January they have sent several thousand pounds that have not arrived, ever after several weeks. Anybody else having those issues?
Yes, missing one payment that Booking.com said was sent on 12th January. Cannot get anyone to help - they insist the payment was sent but definitely not received by me. There seems to be a lot of us in the same boat.
I am also on the same boat- they say they paid
on the 2nd January but never received the payment. Do you have some sort of contact I can use? Worse my guest was double charged and has not received his refund nor is he getting any response. This is very frustrating
It is totally unacceptable - I have sent so many messages and spent a long time on telephone calls to them but they are only repeating that they sent my payment on 12th January and as far as they are concerned that is the end of the matter. At a loss to know what to do.
Please provide me with an email address or contact no you used because I cannot even find any link to contact them-I’m very frustrated at this point
No one answered me even once for the whole of January. I called several times, but each time I was on the line for more than 30 minutes and I didn't get to talk to a person at all - they advised me to write an email - I did that 4 times in total and I haven't received a single answer. It's despair

my guest left on December 5 - since then I write two messages every week and also emails to the help center! Only the machine always answers me that they will call within 24 hours...but still nothing!!! I was issued an invoice from Booking in January. com - accommodation commission! I didn't contact her because I still don't have my money and no one is answering me! Now they are threatening to block me if I don't pay the commission. Terrible situation - no help, no answers. They kept my money. I don't know how to solve it!
