Missing payouts 12th January 2023 * resolved in February

I see that I am not alone in saying that I’ve received no payout for 12th Jan 2023?! 
Anyone any ideas yet?

* This issue was resolved by Booking.com and I believe that most partners who were effected by this issue have also now received their payouts 👌

hello, no i still havent had any of my payouts from the 12th,  and im waiting on a fair bit of money there doesnt seem to be any information or communication from Booking.com. 

I tried calling the UK number but i cant get through to anyone and when i do theres no of sense of it!

So frustrating!! I have messaged them several times now and have had no response!  I am going to give it a couple more days and then take it to the Ombudsman?!

Hi Karen , call them and give them the payouts you are missing, Im waiting on another call back now. They are asking "finance" to locate the payout and why its so late. 

I used this number for the UK 02086128159

theres a list of numbers you can call on the conatct us page. 

I hope thats a little more helpful ?  then just waiting ?

Same here, I have received the following week's payout but not from the 12th. It seems a few of us are in this situation.

I phoned the partner customer service - it's quick to get through. I think lets all phone the every day to lodge this issue - something must have happened in their finance dept.

Phone no. +44 131 247 3575

Last year I had no payout from May to August...IT WAS TERRIBLE. But after action with the PRS Ombudsman they paid. It's been fine until now.

Same here Guys,

12th Jan payment still outstanding

Contacted the local office number for the UK and told Finance will look into it and come back to me in up to 5 working days

If anyone has any further info I would apprecaite it re updates....

Hi all, Yes, Same thing happened to me. BDC say they "sent" payment on 12th Jan and 12 days later, still nothing in our bank account. All previous payments have been fine, just this one. I hope they sort this soon, it's very worrying.

Exactly the same here, makes me nervous re future transactions however, all has been fine up till now so I reserve judgment !

Same here, received the payout issued on 19th January but we're still missing the payout sent on the 12th January. Booking,com aren't responding to messages, it's a shambles as clearly many are affected. 

The payment system is so poor and needs modernising. Air bnb release payment the day after someone checks in, there is no reason for booking.com to hold onto the payments for so long and it's a massive failure not to payout at all - fuming here.

Same boat here. I have 2 properties and missing payment from both for that week. 
Sent several messages to BDC and not even a courtesy reply. I have over 200 nights booked with them over both properties this year. Wonder how they would feel if I cancelled them all and went with ABNB. Or maybe contact all my bookings asking to cancel and rebook direct with me. I have a business to run. I can leave it empty and warm no money rather than book it out and still get no money

I’ve messaged them and spoken with them…

no response from my messages & when I spoke with them they promised to pass this issue to finance to investigate… 3 days later & still nothing!!

Fuming, no money & impending tax bill to pay! 😰😵‍💫🤬

I'm in the same boat and no luck in getting through. Similar issue where it's the 12th January payout that has not been received. I've messaged several times. No body answers the phone, not sure what to do anymore.

Please can everyone keep updating this thread if they get any luck or answers!

Im in the same boat too. Same dates payout missing. No messages been replied to.  It is at least a tiny bit comforting that i'm not the only one.  Seems to be something specific about that date so im sure it will get sorted at some point, we just need to keep on at them.

My billings query into their UK Customer Care Call Centre on Tuesday was forwarded onto their Finance team with a 5 working day SLA so I will be chasing on Monday again with them directly and to date no responses to email' sent to their Hosting Inbox so far ....

Agreed, hopefully this is just a blip as I have experienced no other payment issued apart from the 12th Jan' to date

I have the same issue, payment from the 12th not paid. More recent payments have been recieved. Calling customer support is awful they transfer you to various departments and get nowhere, you cannot speak to the same person.

I will be removing my properties if this is not resolved soon. Booking.com take a significant percentage with no real support for "partners".

Latest update, after receiving a big standard. “You have been paid” from their useless messaging service, I called them. And I clearly got through to the right person, Isabella acknowledged there was an issue with these payments that booking.com were aware of. She has now sent my details to their finance department to resend for payment with a backing message confirming this. 

a relief that thimeyve acknowledged the issue and hopefully will receive payment soon!

still doesn’t absolve then from their terrible payment terms and why they cannot release payment far quicker, they are the poorest vs competitors with regards to releasing payments sooner

Hi - I called my local contact office in the UK with number advised in this thread 02086128159. I still haven't received payment but I'm hopeful it will arrive next week given CS communication.

Their CS messaging is a waste of time - clearly a computer says yes/no function. Booking,com need to improve

I have had a message back advising we may have to wait upto another 10 days for response from finance despite the fact this was raised last Sunday. Spent 90mins on the phone to booking.com to 4 different advisers this evening! Call back not received as promised during the week. 

Was cut off by advisors on multiple occasions tonight. You can never speak to the same advisor and numbers from USA and Singapore?! So you have to repeat the issue again. “Partner support” strange name for it !

Good news! They finally responded to me via the intranet messages yesterday (27/01) and confirmed they’ll be sending the payment again. I can now see it as a pending transaction in my account. That tells me they definitely do have the ability to release payments much faster! 
 

I sent them multiple messages through the admin portal , but directly to the finance team rather than the generic customer service line

As you can see, a lot of us did not receive payments for bookings in December and no one managed to contact at least one adequate person. We are just like helpless children in front of the system. I really hope that this situation will be resolved, if there is news, write, please!

Same here you go round and round in circles.  They put a telephone number on for the finance department and is it really the finance department errrmm  NO!  So again you go through to Amsterdam, Malaysia, Singapore and have to go through the same thing.  I'm ready to bang my head against a brick wall.  AAAAGGGGHHHH

What’s everyone thinking- are they in financial difficulty or is this just a glitch within their automated payment system. Either way the customer service is appalling.

considering what do with the rest of my bookings on this platform.

I got the same update from the team this morning. Called- got hung up on. Then was told they are working to a 14 day response time now due to the backlog.

I suspect (and hope) just a glitch in their payment processing system which in my case impacted upon my 12th Jan payout which is still outstanding but the following payment dated 25th came through ok...

I was hoping that since I usually receive payouts on Monday that my payout from 12th January might have arrived today along with other payout… but no!!

Some booking.com staff are competent,  while most others are incompetent. 

Opening several tickets helps improve your chances of finding a competent staff to solve your issue.

My experience has been a default response saying sorry, wait for next pay cycle,  when the next cycle is missed, you simply repeat, wait for next cycle. I have now missed 5 cycle, stuck in a loophole.

Finally, my missed payout by bdc from the 12th Jan looks like it will be paid tomorrow as I can now see a pending payment for the amount in my bank account. This comes from my phone call to them on weds 25th where the person I spoke to said they would pass it onto the finance team. I believe they have a 5 day SLA. Just messaging them multiple times doesn't get you anywhere. You have to call them.

That's nonsense. Everyone who didn't get paid on the 12th would have been paid soon whether you contacted them or not.

So happy to say after a week of wasted phone calls, sending messages, dropped calls, rude and unhelpful customer service advisors my 12th January payment has sneaked into my bank account 🎉🥂🎈🥳

 I haven’t listed my property with booking.com as yet, but plan to over the next three weeks. There seems to be a lot of property owner complaining of non payment of bookings. Just a thought, is there any way of booking payments being paid direct from clients into property owners accounts?  That way you cut out Booking.com out of that process…

I don’t think it’s possible to do that?! 
I think Booking.com now manage all payments from new properties.

However, I have only had payment issues for the one payout and have been with Booking.com for around 8 years, so on the whole Booking.com have been excellent and bring in the bookings!
