missing transfer

I scheduled with booking.com the weekly payments. In my extranet under the "payout info" my last payout issued on the 20th of Oct. for the period of Oct 13- Oct 19.Today is the 27th of October and the period of Oct 20-26 should be payed out, issued today on the 27th. Also it supposed to be visible the amount and I supposed to see the invoice, instead, i see NOTHING about this weeks payout, no invoice, no amount, no date of issue but only that my next payout is at the 3rd of November. That is one of my weekly payout over 1000 euros missing.

No payout information for today 

 next payment 3rd Nov 

it not right, we have rented out our buildings and now not paid !!

I have the same problem not showing a payment invoice for the 27th even though I have 4 bookings for this period and all it says next payment 3.11 this happens far too often

I have also made enquiries to them and again if I get a answer I will post to the forum.

I do have a telephone number but it’s not for invoice dept and they just tell me they will send a email to that dept.

 I wrote two mail, no answer.I called the support they could say only that they sent the case to the financial department.... ... and "very likely" i will get the two weeks together in november. So i need to say the same to all i have deadline with: very likely

I’m having the same issue, no payout generated yesterday as normal. I have messaged several times with no response. Does anyone have an update?

You’ll receive your payouts weekly in your bank account. Note that bank transfers might take up to 10 days, depending on your bank.

To check your property’s payout timing, log in to the extranet. Go to **extranet > Finance > Finance settings > Payments by Booking.com > Payout timing**.

Just checked they have generated a payment invoice on my account now so should get a payment Mon/tues.

not good Enough thou should have better support for hosts

I haven't had an invoice generated for payout yesterday as I normally would. AGAIN.

I have sent this message regarding a transfer they could not find after they failed to update their DD and then claimed the DD had been refused.
"Hi
There appears to be a pattern appearing.
I was told by a partner that I couldn't  be reached on the telephone (yet I have had the same number for 16 years) , twice I have been told your company could not collect on my direct debit because it was refused (simply not true), and you were unable to find a £600 transfer even though it was referenced using my property number which resulted in my property being closed for over two weeks costing me a considerable amount of money.
I would like an explanation and apology at least, but preferably a phone conversation to discuss the failings.
If this requires me to directly contact Mr Paronetti or one of his staff, then so be it.
The Partner Hub is full of finance failings.
B.Com need to do better.
