Mistake by giving NO Show


Good Morning

By mistake I clicked on NO show for the guest ***  Checked In date: 25th Feb 2020 and check out: 26th Feb 2020.But the guest had checkin and they stayed a night as booked. Please help.

Since this is only a Partner Community, please resend your message request directly to booking.com through your Extranet inbox tab.
