Mistaken invoice

Hello Booking.com,

Hope everything is well!

I need some clarification about one invoice I received for August which I think it is not right.  (Attached)
Can you check my bookings for August because I didn’t have any reservations from booking on this month.

What am I paying for?

Hello @Xhesika Kokomani

I suggest you verify in your extranet, go into the finance tab and click on "Invoices". You will see the invoice you mentioned displayed and under "Actions" you will see PDF / View Statement. Click on the statement and it will show you the reservations that cover that invoice.
