By the way, what information do you see on your extranet? Have you sent a message to our finance team via your extranet inbox about your payouts yet?

Payments by Booking:
You will be paid after guests have checked out. Payouts happen either weekly (every Thursday) or monthly (on or before the 15th of the month), depending on factors such as your property’s location. Please note that payouts may be temporarily blocked until your property’s location is verified.

Online payments:
You can offer guests the option to either pay through Booking.com or pay you directly. Whenever guests choose to pay online, we facilitate their payments and send you the money by virtual credit card or bank transfer depending on your property’s location. Hi @Didem - Community Manager Thanks for the reply. I sent a lot of messages. The answer is as follows. We have forwarded your question to the relevant team. All my settings on the extranet are green accepted. I don't understand why no one helps, where is the error. No one writes anything specific.

Please Let me know what happen to the payout. Jan.1-Jan13 Payout & Feb.1 - Mar. 26 payout but No Money in my Account. I already talk this to staff but they said they consult to finance . I do got message from finance but still no Money on my account.Looking forward to solve this problem🙏. Thank you.
This company did not transfer a single cent of nearly 1,500 EUR for 4 months. I regretted trusting such a company. Never more Booking!
