i'm the manager of fermette the bobonne.

I have clients who would come 17th of July but that was impossible. (booked by booking on 16th of June)

they have cancelled by booking.com on the 17th of June

but they ask me to send me the money back.  they have paid to booking.

can you give them an answer and deposit the money?
