My payouts
I noticed that I can only enter my IBAN number, whilst my bank account is in the UK, the system is marking it Italy, and I do not have the option to edit it.
Could you advise if I could get paid out through a different method instead of bank transfer, eg. could I get paid through paypal or could the money go into my Booking.com wallet to use next time I travel.
I also realised that my first payment of 20 USD from last year was never paid out to me...can you please advise.

Interesting to read that more than I have problems receiving payment from booking.com. I have entered the correct IBAN-number, but booking.com says I have to update my bank information. :-(
This doesn't look too promising ....@Didem Community Manager, do you have any specific advise, as otherwise I would rather cancel my listing on Booking.com
This is quite a shame as I have a great experience as a customer when booking....but till now my experience as client has been less than satisfactory.......way more complex compared to Air B&B

so true. airbnb so transparent and user friendly to both guest and host. I am tempted also to cancel all my June / July bookings as we received the following message this morning ( anyone else in disbelief that at the busiest time for us as hosts we are told we won't be getting paid? a money grab if ever there was one. this company is underhand)

During this period some of our financial services will be impacted.Payout for reservation check-outs from 28 June onwards will be processed by 24 July 2023 in one consolidated payment. Regular payout schedule is expected to resume by 27 July 2023.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am based in London, we have our holiday home in Italy, I have been continuously asked to change my bank details, due to the IBAN not being recognised???
I have spoken with Booking.com, I have told them If I don't receive the payouts, I will be contacting the guests who have reservations and letting them know Booking.com do not pay their hosts, and I will cancel all the reservations.
I already did.
I am thinking of pulling my property off the site if I do not get this payment...this is now 2 separate guests and no payment yet
Hi, I have said to booking.com if I don’t receive the missing payout on the next payout date, I will remove my property.
I'm having that problem right now.
I spoke with booking yesterday and have told them I will be contacting the future guests and asking them to cancel, as I can no longer afford to sustain the holiday rental and all the costs associated to it. Booking called me back and asked me to send my bank statement showing I have not received any payments since the 23rd March . I’m now awaiting their response, still haven’t received any payouts and I’m currently hosting guests. 🤬
Now I have not received any payment for the reservations. I have to pay the commission. How is that?
