Booking.com is not efficient at all when it comes to solving problems.  Everything is done at their time. THEY ARE QUICK TO CLOSE ACCOUNT but never act quickly in opening even when you pay up your account.  It does not matter how many times you write to them.  Nothing is urgent for them.

The best thing for you to do is just sit and wait.
