Need to cancel booking due to Corona virus outbreak
Hello. We have cancelled all our bookings due to coronavirus outbreak. One customer did not cancel their booking and we just found out. We need to cancel that booking asap. Customer is not answering messages. Thank you. Martti
It is frustrating when guests will not answer. Have you tried giving them a call? You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable cancel your bookings. Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.

As long as the reservation details page > message history shows you making contact , you can then simply go ahead and click Request To Cancel and choose option 2.
THen if no response with in say 2-3 days, goahead and message BdC the reservation number and they will then try guest, and when no response they will put through the confirmation.
