NO COOPERATION FROM BKG.COM TEAM FOR FAILURE PYMT OF VCC
Had spoken to CS yesterday about failed payment of two reservation which checked-in dated 2 July. Booking com showed no interest to resolve the problem even till now ( after guests checked-out at 12pm today, 4 July 2022 ). Had informed that we need payment to settle outstanding payment and check guests out from system. Unable to enter new reservation in system due to previous guests not checked out from system. We will deduct payment due from invoice of commission and will definitely collect payment from guests due to no cooperation given from Booking.com !
