No payment for 3 weeks

Today we are waiting the payment that has to due date July 15. Booking.com said we sent you the money but we when we ask them about any receipt, reference number or Swift Message they didint get back to us for the information we want to investigate issue further with our bank. We are still waiting and it's a major problem for us. We need the payment right know but booking.com says we are waiting bank deparment to give us any infirmation etc. No one knows the issue. No one gives us any information. We are just waiting in the dark for the money desperately. I saw some ppl waiting for couple of days I find that sweet. We are waiting 3 weeks already. Can someone know how can we solve this. Thanks
