No Payout from June

Hi there

I am still awaiting a payout from mid June. I've tried your contact centre (who basically gave me nothing) and now my Account Manager is involved.  He advised the following a week ago: The Payments team have confirmed there was an issue on our end relating to this payout and have requested an adhoc payout be raised for the reservation. Once this is approved, you'll see it on the Payout info page. Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the delay.

A week later and still no payment!! 

Who else can I contact to get this resolved please?
