No reservation - No money

I got some problem, I accomodated a person for one night, she had reservation in her mobile phone and also a payment from booking and bank. This reservation didnt showed mi neither in my mobile nor my computer. I had no info about her arrival. And at least I got no money from this. Hows that possible? Did I any mistake? Or could Booking.com crashed? Or is she just ***?

No action will be taken, contact Partner Support directly.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
