no show
guests did not turn up for two rooms, the booking.com prepayment card will keeps declining. Why should we be out of pocket for no show when they have prepaid!!! we had no way of authorizing payment. After a hard year we are now out of pocket! very unfair

Yes this is a common issue and typically no recourse, but you can report it and mark it as not working, partner support can advise to contact guest to get them to fix it.
