What do I have to do to charge a guest that was a no show, I see the c.c. info after marking them no show, but the CVC number is missing.  so how can I charge them?

If it is a Booking.com VCC it is likely not chargeable until chec-in or check out.


Best to ring the support team direct .


But before you do did you actually mark the resveration in extranet details page as a No Show?


What was the check-in date? if today then you need to wait until at least 01:00 /1am the next day before it allows you to mark it.


Otherwise phone support. see info below.

thanks Barry, the guest did not show and we marked him as a no show. on jan 30th. far past the time allowed.  so when I went to look at the c.c. info the 3 PIN number was not given, the persons name card number ect was but not that pin on the back and without it I can not charge him anything.  I charge them if they book a room and they do not cancel within 7 days of that date as well. cut down on the amount of people booking rooms left and right and then cancelling them with the 2 day window we had set up before.

This has just happened to me, exactly like you no CC info, did you get paid in the end?

If you didn't how did you go on with Booking.com?
