No show - commission still invoiced
Hello,
We got an invoice for reservation ***, Riitta Rinne, supposed to stay 24.-25.3.2021.
She was a no show and this is also marked in your system. Please confirm that we do not
have to pay this invoice.

Hi Christin,
Once you have marked it as No Show and didit within the time window allowed, no further action is required.
However if you left it late, then just message partner support the details and it will eventually reconcile.
No one will be replying to confirm.
