No show option not visible, pre-payment option not visible

Guest booked today, did not turned up. I dont see option of no show. Please cancel the commision fees against this booking. 

 

Also, I would like to know how to add payment option for pre-booking. I dont see that

  1. not for here . use the message system in extranet . Extranet
  2. simply update the message template - New Reservation - with 3rd party prepay options and a time limit
  3. once time limit expires and no prepayment, click request cancel, then option1, then phone partner support to expedite so you can free up the room inventory.
